Haha back.

so you want the DOF, to be picking the team and the tactics?

Although i disagree with getting rid of JFH, I dont understand his tactics/use of subs. that criticism has to go to JFH and JFH alone. I dont see how you can blame Les for the way we play?

I think that we have scouted for cheaper players, and the transfer policy made sense. If Jimmy isn't the man to take us forwards (he has lost me) then he had done well at Burton and Les didn't make a bad choice even though it hasn't worked out. What he needs to do is to ensure that his brief/ego doesn't stop him getting the right man to take us forwards. There were rumours that Warnock was unhappy with Les' role and this is why he didn't want the job on a full time basis last year. Les needs to make certain that he picks a manager that will improve both the playing style and results. If he continually picks managers who underperform then his position should be in jeopardy, but ideally we want to make one change not many,

He was responsible for getting him in? By now it is clear that JFH seems out of his depth so Les can change if it is not working. The problem there is it would mean 2 managers he appointed gone inside 12 months.

Well when people lack the brain cells to put their point across politely and nicely, what more can you do B-town!!

Is that you Tango/Cash? Cant just be saking managers everytime we lose/have a dip in form. We are sitting mid-table, which im sure is where he most realistic QPR fans saw our season going. If we were sitting in the relegation zone now, id still be saying you got to give him a few more games.

Thought everyone was quite happy with our business over the summer?

What exactly is he not doing, that you expect him to be doing?
It's a question. Can't you fathom that? Sorry to have to enlighten you, but this is a message board where guess what, people discuss all things QPR.

Les has employed 2 people. 1 failed, 1 is failing, of course it's a talking point.

And no, not EVERYONE was pleased with our summer business, so speak for yourself not every fan.

Ermmmmmm when you employ a manager, most would think its because of their style of football, man management skills, tactical nous etc etc!! If that's not the case then the natural thing to think is it was a poor appointment, and who employed him?

You need to take your head out of the sand. Naive.

Ramsay, Enlighten me on the dip in form? When have we ever been in form under this clown? Yes we have points but a home defeat to Preston and a draw with Blackburn followed by a right good tonking last night kind of blows the dip in form part out of the water.
