It might be recent and certainly not the best technically, but I think you'll go a long way to beat "that" goal.

    Ohhhhhh Bobby Zamora !

clive allens at highbury in the 82 semi , the equaliser at wembley final 82 the place went up , jamie mackie at home v liverpool , fella said to me at the start of the game he was fed up coming to see us get beat each week , i had to agree with him it had been a depressing season , the team and mackie changed all that it with 3 goals ...

Zamora vs West Brom was pretty special. And Matty Phillips goal. Article was a touch inaccurate with the whole finishing 9th in the top flight in 1997 season under the Sinclair goal.

the best goals in my opinion have to mean something , they have to be significant in the the game , to either win it or keep us in the game . i could choose so many more . long may it continue

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

Goals I have personally seen I would probably go with (for terms of quality of goal):

Ainsworth vs Rushden (I think it was the first one).
Adel vs Preston (just edges his one vs Swansea for me).
Zamora vs WBA (unbelievable technique to score that).

In terms of what the goal meant:

                            Zamora at Wembley.
                            Cisse vs Stoke.
                            Mackie vs Liverpool.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I remember watching the Remy goal live online, I was celebrating so wildly I kicked my desk over and the computer screen fell down the back. By the time I'd got it all sorted, Wigan had bloody equalised :(
