At present I am happy with both the type of player we are recruiting and not buying mercenaries

However I don't think that we are anywhere near to a top six club.

It will be really tough this year in the championship

We defo need 2 wingers and a striker of proper quality not league 1

if les does not look at a better quality of forward we will be mid table again if lucky

I not knocking the way we are building I totally agree with the method

But we need more quality in midfield and up front.

I'm sure Les would like to spend more money but apparently the powers that be have decided it's not going to happen.

Don't think it's a coincidence that we brought in ex Burnley chief executive. They were run on a shoe string while he was there. Looking for bargains and trying to punch above our weight from now on. If we bring in a striker it will be foreign or loan. No chance of a Wellls etc so might aswell get used to it.

I'm actually ok with scrapping it out while we get our finances under control. We may find a few gems in the process. Provided we stay away from League One and progress is made each season I'll be happy.

Yeah it doesn't really bother me. If our scouting is on point, the players are out there.

got no problem with getting the finances right, but we've got no forwards and are packed out with defensive midfielders. The football being served up is dire

I don't recall ever seeing anything to back that statement up.

It's a case of what you want from QPR. We all want Rangers to exist, so running it within it's means is a no brainer.
But with the money the relegated teams get now, I believe we along with 21 other teams have missed the boat, and will struggle to get promoted.

Agree, would rather we got our finances under control and didn't operate under the threat of FFP sanctions. If that means keeping a team that is mid table championship for a few seasons, that's fine by me.

Personally think Washington will do ok once he's got a goal under his belt. Has all the right attributes. Polter is what he is, quite effective and will score a few but not one for the purists. El kayate is too lightweight for me, will be ok but nothing more. We certainly need to strengthen
