Isaac Hayden

QPR want to sign versatile Arsenal youngster Isaac Hayden but face competition from a number of clubs. The 21-year-old has represented England at various age levels and is primarily a defensive midfielder but can also play at right-back and centre-back .

He spent last season on loan at Hull City, who have indicated that they are interested in signing him. Several other clubs are also keen. Hayden has made two first-team appearances for Arsenal, both of them coming in the Capital One Cup.

He is excatly the type of signings we should "splash" our cash on. It´s a kind of "Brexit" with regards to our former policy of buying "has beens" and greedy mercenaries. Not sure we will get him, though.
