    • Club confirms change in shareholding structure
    • Changes reflect more active role played by Fernandes and Gnanalingam
    • Mittal Family shareholding down to 11%

Queens Park Rangers Football Club can confirm a change in the shareholding structure of QPR Holdings Limited, to reflect Co-Chairmen Tony Fernandes and Ruben Gnanalingam’s more active role in the club.

QPR Asia Sdn Bhd’s share, a Tony Fernandes controlled company, has changed from 69% to 55%.

New shareholder Total Soccer Growth Sdn Bhd, which represents Gnanalingam, now has a 33% shareholding.

Sea Dream Ltd’s shareholding, which represents the Mittal Family, has changed from 30% to 11%.

There remains a less than 1% minority interest shareholding.

These changes will be submitted to Companies House.

No real surprise there. Mittal hasn't been interested for a couple of years now, and Bhatia seems to have disappeared somewhat.

Bhatia's love for Queens Park Rangers did not last very long did it.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

Bored of us. Typical rich kid. Moved on to something else now no doubt. Never did get the big love him for him by some of us fans.

Careful, they may be providing the steel for our new stadium!

Makes the loss of the brand name on the shirts even more mystifying

Amit still cares a lot about the club judging by his twitter feed. Disappointed their share holding has dropped tbh but time will tell.

I think a new shareholder is possibly a good idea, because it makes the club more secure if there are a number of different entities running the club.

Nothing has really changed. The mittals considering they have more money then god never really stumped up for us in the first place.

By them decreasing their shares mean very little as the investment was very little in the first place.

I don't blame the bloke. I mean we all have time and respect for the owner of this site but he doesn't go to games and have our passion, its just an Indian thing. Amit and myu are keen united fans like my Indian mate. Nothing at all wrong with it but they can still work with or for the club imo
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

                        What's the matter with you?

Any more of that nonsense and I personally will put you on pre-moderation, meaning that anything you attempt to post in future will need to be approved first.

                        Hope that's clear.

Brights just read that back and it isn't well written or explained. Certainly didn't want it to come across stereotypical like it has. Posting at work while multi tasking has cost me tbf.
