      I thought you might be interested in knowing that I saw the specialist on Thursday and it was all good news. The tumor has shrunk and my bones have strengthened. I have been attending Guys and St. Thomas's and I can't praise them enough. They are able to treat me using medication. I now have 8 weeks of gruelling physio twice a week, but it's worth it.

        Well done Mel keep fighting and great news
        I played sunday league football today.

        Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

        I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

        We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

                Good news Mel, keep going with the physio I know its tough but you seem like a real determined person. Fingers crossed and you'll be 100%
