  • iPhone storage issues...

I have an iPhone 5c which keeps telling me I have very little if any at all available storage.

I have about 2.6mb of music and my total storage is 5mb.

So I deleted all the photos and videos, still no available storage.

I then deleted a few apps, ones that take up a lot of storage like YouTube, Google and skysports.

    Still no available storage.

I then tried to download google and YouTube again only to be told I don't have enough storage for thee apps.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong or have any tips?

I would just reset the phone Dave, take it back to factory settings if you have backed the phone up then this task should be easy

Don't any of the iphones have a slot for memory like the android phones. The phone has 16 to 64GB but then you can add an extra up to 64GB.

I think you've deleted to much, there should be no reason why the phone is saying you still have no storage.

      Hope you get it working.

        Cheers for the replies chaps.

God knows what I done, I messed about with my music and all sorts and all of a sudden I have quite a bit of storage to play with.

        Panic over!

Usually when you download any new OS that clears the the phone out and creates space mste

To free up storage you need to reset the date to 1 January 1970
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:
