  • Finally a win but did you watch the same game

A nice win just the boost we needed
    Conor looks promising
    Smithicks was solid

    However this is my take

We could not string together fluid progressive football
Polter absolute rubbish a clumsy ooof reminds me of Nygarrd
Predictable always running down left or right wing and crossing
At one stage 65mins no one up front when Ips had a corner
Ips had 3-4 chances could of burried us where it was 2v2
El Jhadi almost gave it away last min
No way looking like a top-half team

Heard people saying our best performance so far this season wow lord help us if true

The only thing that worried me yesterday was when we scored Nervous gave the ball away needlessly and put us under pressure, other then that we played much better off recent and could and should off won the game by halftime
              You Rsssssss

It's going to take a while, the main thing right now is that we're not losing and conceding 2 to 3 goals each match like we were.

What most fans are saying is that we're improving and showing some signs of things to come.

I only watched the highlights because I am in the US (we seem to play better when I am not in England) and this is the first game I have seen all season (apart from perhaps MK Dons) where we were really the only team in it.

there were a few rumblings against Polter after the umpteenth time his control let him down. But considering the windy condition and some smart moves from him earlier thought the moans were a bit over the top. The one player who stands out to be replaced is The Konch. His legs have gone and any opposition scout will highlight this in our forthcoming games
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

When was the last time we won a game 47-0, I would wager almost never. The guys that sit around me want us to score with every single attack and never let the opposition cross the half way line let alone get a shot in at goal. Most teams including Barcelona only score between 0 and 3 goals per game which means most of the time your attacks will fail, don't set unrealistic expectations of this team.

Agree Kev. I didnt think Ipswich did much until after we had scored and I would at least say we look like a top half team
