  • Qpr the age old problem

For years now we have treated the defence as the poor relations of the side which is short sighted to say the least look the most successful clubs this country has produced Man U Liverpool Arsenal under G Graham these are clubs that have traditionally invested heavily in the centre of their defences whereas we have always tried the cheap option the time we spent a few quid we got Caulker and you have to ask did anybody do any home work , and here we go again looking to recruit 2 full backs on frees , We are going to need a lot of luck if we are going get rid of our defensive lapses with the QPR outlook of cheap options ,

Nobody is saying spend big , but the old saying goes you get nothing for nothing , are you excited about the 2 free full backs we are linced with

Normally I do not get exited about rumours. However, seeing in a more realistic way, there's two ways we can act. Either you spend good money for players that will continue to grow (CA an example) or take gambles (Grant Hall another example). Both fullbacks we are being linked with may be a gamble. This in a way that we may gain two very good players IF they turn they are still as good as once were, or on the other hand, they may turn out to be passed their best! However, both situations (Spend good money/gamble) can end up in disasters as the recent past have shown. Good scouting of unknown gems is the way forward. The club seems that they are trying to do this, however I am not sure we have any success so far. (Exception Hall).
