Listen.....managers plan tactics, motivate players, try to get every player to work for the team.......however in the end, its the players that makes all this work! JFH is new here, is still acclimatising himself with the players. What is everyone expecting, for him to go public and shout names to those not performing? I mean, he is trying to get the players behind him and encourage them all the way. This will take time. Its for sure that not all of the current players fit in his plans, but atm he needs everyone to pull together. And us fans included. If we are going to panic, booing and call names, its all going to end in tears.

Football is about being boring, not creating chances, failing to get shots on target and conceding late goals due to slack defending.
