We are now only five points clear of the relegation sone. Ok, it´s nothing to worry about, will some of you say. it´s only november and Charlie is injured etc.etc, but having watched Leeds against Rotherham this afternoon, I can honestly say that these two teams actually carried a distinct urgency and will in their play which we IMO still misses.

Bottomline: Nicer teams than ours have been relegated. No team is on paper too good to get relegated.

So, what you're saying is, we look like we might get relegated because Leeds and Rotherham showed more urgency in their game today?

What I´m trying to say is that even if we have better players on paper in our team, they have to show it on the pitch against teams like Rotherham, Leeds, Charlton etc.

No chance we will go down and I would put every single thing I owned on that! But saying that I'd also put everything I own on us not going up either! Sadly! Just ain't happening for us this season and I think that goal cemented it for me as a show of our luck

No worry, Nas said we are only 8 points from play-offs.

                    Didn't we beat Rotherham 4-2?

Not worried in the slightest about relegation. If we were just hovering above the zone by a point or 2 then I might be a bit more worried. With 29 games to go and a new manager to hopefully come in and sort them out and we will be looking upwards. Win next week against Leeds and the world will seem a better place.

IMHO this post would have seemed ludicrous six weeks ago. It's no longer inconceivable, and that alone should shame all re the current state of play.

We are though, but just because it's come out of my mouth, it won't matter. At the end of the day, we won't get relegated, if you think we will, you'd be hilariously wrong. If you think that because Rotherham and Leeds are the sort of teams we should be emulating in terms of energy, I suppose we should expect to lose to a supposedly 'not urgent' team like ours 4 - 2 because that's exactly what Rotherham did.

It is an inconceivable scenario and even bringing it up this early into the season is ludicrous.
