The guy is running away with League One - a division Bristol City were nearly relegated from last season before he took over. Highly respected coach, cutting his teeth in management....I don't really see why this shouldn't be taken seriously. Is he any more of a gamble than Warburton?

He used to be one of our backroom staff when we got relegated from the PL 2 years ago.
