      Right so before I research this you are telling me that out of 20 prem teams there is only 1 black coach at all levels?

        people think because they were great players they should manage a top side straight away. Gerry Francis served his apprenticeship at Bristol Rovers and Exeter before he got to the top. Likewise Barnes should have dipped his toes in the lower leagues before he ballsed up big time at Celtic
