The fact that the title is started with RUMOUR means that even the person making the title is chatting rubbish! If you had been told this by someone who knew anything you would have said I have Heard or something along those lines......
as for the Diakite thing yeah he is so far off scale he is out on loan, dunno why you couldnt say that
