haha Gee Ay Why is blocked out. On a forum that allows casual racism. And people wonder why this board is known for its knuckle-draggers. Go, WATRBS!

We'll come round to this, too.

As a fanbase, we're just horribly conservative and unoriginal.
Instead of whining on a forum , If you really want to do the "Ultra" thing why don't you just go and do it nobody is stopping you !!

I do find that word being blocked very strange, and if anything I would say its offensive to g a y s that's it's blocked like its a bad word.

In my opinion an atmosphere is something that happens organically not this forced imported ultra sh!t
            This. In spades.

They are laughed at even by Palace fans. They might impress a few 15 year olds who want to play fireworks or discuss their fake Stone Island and CP Company gear they got from Western International market but really, no-one else.

              That's simply not true.

Pointless - If I could even be half arsed, easy enough to dredge up Google links saying the opposite.

                  Muggy and unoriginal beyond belief.

Browett added: “Home form is the key and apart from that game against Newcastle, we’ve not been beaten at Selhurst Park since Arsenal back in October. Our fans are the best in the League as far as I’m concerned, certainly in terms of noise and passionate support.
“They really lift the whole team and the opposition must feel they are a long way from home sometimes.”
Like we did for for our last five home games, and against chelsea, in our first prem season. Seems such a long time ago

Think there's enough kids at other clubs doing half-arsed impressions of Palarse copying the Turks, or whatever bunch of ********s that Palarse nicked that 'ultra' crap from.....Don't you?

                          No, you really couldn't.

                          And what's more 'unoriginal':

                          - the kids responsible for the only consistently good atmosphere in the top flight*

                          - the team that sits in silence and gets outsung by the away fans every week. the team that hasn't come up with a new chant in 20 years. the team that trots out "there's only one..." for every single player

Yeah we're real trailblazers aren't we?

*possible exception of Swansea, and maybe some of the other newly promoted sides I guess

You'll find the vast majority of people appreciate what the Palace ultras have done, even if they wouldn't join in themselves.

If we did the same thing at QPR I wouldn't sit with them at home games, but I'd certainly appreciate the fact people were getting some atmosphere going for once.

It's only the bitter old tough guys who feel so threatened by this.

I suspect a lot of people who sit in PQR blocks don't realise just how dire the atmosphere has become at LR. When you're in the middle of what passes for our singing section we probably sound quite loud, but it's very rare for our chants to carry on round the stadium.

It's always a bit embarrassing when we've been outsung by the away fans for the first half hour or the game only for R block to pipe up with 'we forgot that you were here' or something similar
