Anton played well and hill looked good again, we seem to be gelling as a team and the bulk of the players who started yesterday were british and from the warnock era. It would be a great squad to have in the championship, Other than taarabt and cisse i think most of those who started would stick around. Get rid of jose and a few other selected mecenaries who are keeping thte bench warm either in january or at the end of the season and i reckon we have a good chance of success again.

The biggest positive for me was that WBA are not really all that good like most of the EPL. So that if a half decent team is assembled in January there are wins out there to be got.
My main hope for next two games before reinforcements arrive is that they are called off. Anyone know a rain dance?
