Fulham were poor so the defence hardly tested today but coped with what they had to.

Faurlin + Mbia did well enough to start the next game.

Cisse/Mackie/SWP provided a decent level of threat to Fulham without actually looking like scoring.

Overall a good attitude shown and enough of a supporting cast to let the stand out star of the show strut his stuff further forward.

I hope he will take the chance and make RB his position now.

Solid at the back today but he really isn't a premiership RB. Offers nothing going forward and prevented Mackie from being as busy as he usually is. I hate Boswinga's attitude but I'd play him before Nedum any day. And Nedum, not Anton, is our back up CB.

Straight he had a few dodgy moments tbh. Made a few misplaced passes and looked a bit nervous but crucially didn't make huge mistakes.

Oh and Mbia was my second MoM after Adel. Was told to do a marking job on Bernatov. It worked.

Seems like we have found ourselves a gem in that player.

Text book DM performance from Mbia. The motm after Adel by a mile. He could be a great player for us.

Mbia's industriousness allowed Adel the free role he had. So yea goes without saying he did well... although there was some moments when he was upfront he messed up.

One other thing: First game the players have performed well enough as a team to give Harry a Plan A.

Need lots of plans in a season but at least now there is one of them and probably see an unchanged team for the next game as a result which brings benefits of its own.
