Don't need to give a specific reply I think its pathetic getting on a players back who has played ONE first team league game for us.

It isn't just RG's confidence, its a fragile back two's confidence in him. Which on turn unsettles him and like SWP he's a confidence player. We are not in a position to carry anyone, it might be different if we were Mourinho era Inter who were tight as you like, but we're not. Obviously.

Personally I think the 2 CB's are as much the problem as anyone.
As already stated lets look at the stats of all 11 starters Saturday & see who comes out with flying colours.

Ric - Since I've been watching the game for about fifty years its blindingly obvious to me when confidence is missing. I don't want that to be the case. I agree it is very unfortunate that RG has come in when the back 2 are a major issue. I'm just not convinced that he is the type of keeper to impose order back there.
Once a back four picks itself let's hope he can benefit, no one says he doesn't have ability. It's the rest of the package.
