Yeah Southampton, Rickie Lambert is a very good goalscorer. They also have Billy Sharp and Jay Rodriguez up front and they're not bad at all. Also that Lallana kid looks a very good prospect. Has been likened to our Adel Taarabt but without all the tantrums and bad attitude. Their defence isn't very convincing though.

They did also sign a very good midfielder from Uruguay yesterday. Nataniel Clyne could also prove to be a gem.

Good shout that. During this whole RVP saga they've managed to strengthen in other areas which is what they needed. Here's an interesting fact by the way, if you take out every one of RVP's league goals for Arsenal last season, they would have finished 16th!

the one team that will be suprised this season will be Fulhams,if there fans decide to travel to away games.

I think Villa will be the surprise package of the season. They've got some good young talent coming through the ranks, and Lambert is a canny manager.

I wouldn't really call Liverpool or Arsenal surprise teams. They're expected to be top 6 clubs. Not to mention I think both will struggle at first, Arsenal look weaker at the back than the other top 6. Expect that to worsen if they get rid of Song too. Liverpool are going to draw a lot of games, as they're going to take awhile to get used to Rodgers style of play. Haven't got a prolific striker either.
