Why does the club have to tell us whats going on with SB, why would they want to tell the opposition any issues even this early.

I like the rest of you would like to know as i rate him, but to get up set because they wont annouce anything or return emails / tweets is silly.

We have more links / communications to officals, management, PR and players than almost any club i know and where possible they answer our questions, we all must understand that there are some information they either cant say or management dosnt want them to say even for tactical reasons this far ahead.

Managing communications by a club like QPR is hard and i for one think we get far more right these days than wrong it maybe frustrating not knowing but to have a moan at the club is silly.

Anyway 7 days to go COME ON YOU R'ss

I know many muslim's that are fasting for Ramadan and ALL don't eat or drink water until dark. I know because I play football with 5 and they all take a drink at 9:30 and we play till 10 so as soon as it's dark we stop for them. You either do it, ie don't eat or drink or some choose NOT to do it, no in between.
I'm talking about when sport is you career though. Taarabt is a Muslim and does eat and drink during Ramadan. Muslim footballers have been advised that they don't have to fast: http://www.thelocal.de/sport/20110803-36713.html but it is the way the individual interprets it. I know of footballers who have only drank water (like Muslim children do) as a compromise.

The Olympics athletes were given some sort of dispensation allowing them to eat and drink during ramadan. Not sure how that works.

If Ramadan is the case he won't be playing against Swansea.

Ramadan began in the evening of Thursday, July 19, 2012, and ends in the evening of Saturday, August 18, 2012.

He played during ramadan last season and the season before that, he didn't play the full matches though - 70/80 minutes

Personal choice for the player/athlete. They could choose to make up the fasting at another time. This is always allowed, but frowned upon by the more devout.

Some muslims do fast, I know several who couldn't do it, and cheated

All nonsense obviously, along with Lent, Baptisms, passover, easter, divali and all the rest, but it seems important to religious types

Yes I am for real when I tweet several qpr media staff who do the announcements ect with only a few thousand followers after a while I expect a response. After all that's what twitter is for if hogan can do it when he has more than double the followers a staff member can. It's not hard for the official just to make a simple announcement on a player when several people has asked.

I'd also say because of ale and joey he might be worried about loosing him for the first few games and so wrapping him in cotton wool and not risking him needlessly
