Backed up with a quote from one of the Twitter sources re: Newcastle not willing to pay what Hoilett is asking.

Personally, think Hoilett is a done deal. Liverpool giving some strong competition for Ki but hopefully Park will help sway him too. And then I think we have 3rd lined up that no-one sees coming.

A bit over the top.

Under TF he wants to keep the comms to the fans as frequent as possible. Obviously he can't divulge detail becasue if they aren't done deals it could result in another team becoming aware of aplayer and stealing the deal. How stupid would that be.... Paladini leaks anyone.

I for one am glad comments like this come out becasue it proves catagorically that they are working on signings. If fans heard nothing whatsoever, many would bitch and whine the club don't tell them anything. Can't win.
