I would have thought a bit sooner than that if we have bought a bit of land on the old BBC ground or Unigate Dairies. Planning permision would be straight forward and there would be little additional work in terms of infrastructure required as it right next to White City tube station. Physically building the stadium isn't gonna take anything like 3 years.

2014/15 season.

By the sounds of TF tweet yesterday, designs are well in hand and, therefore, I would presume there would be no planning issues or anything so it would simply be a case of the construction of the stadia.

Facto and sons builders have put in for the contract,he said he may have to take on an extra latvian if he gets it.

I am sure the full detail would have leaked out if it was that advanced...? (not from the club). Will be couple more seasons at LR at least I would think
