Was it one of these that was standing on the goal line as Ukraine scored? You know, the bloke in line with the posts about 10 yards away who still couldn't see.
... so far in this tournament they have failed to spot a number of penalty offences from handball, shirt pulling and other fouls and now have missed a ball crossing the line.
Not only that, but why are they standing on the same side as the linesmen (i wont call them assistants as they don't really do much to assist). Wouldn't they be better placed on the opposite side so that they can perhaps get a better view of things that the linesman has failed to see due to being too far away of having too many players blocking his view.

They actually do assist the ref. It´s the way UEFA wants them to deal with it; Replicate the errors..![]()

Buy British
I've just seen a clip on SSN saying that after the break they will be hearing from His Highness, Sepp Blatter, as to why technology is now a "necessity".
Wonderful timing. Not even 24 hours since England benefited from an error.
EDIT: Just seen the item. Apparently he said it earlier on Twitter. Which was all the funnier, seeing that his first name apears to be Joseph.![]()

They should stop messing about and use cameras now as it is only a matter of time before they will be introduced.
could be a dozen pens a game with all the shirt pulling and other shenanigans going on, yet to see them make a decision
I will come home again, but not until
The sun and the moon meet on yon hill
If goal line tech was used last night ,we would have been going into one about the lino missing the initial offside.
Yes he was one of the two pointless officials
