Thread: Next years season ticket prices

  1. Default Next years season ticket prices

So with us flirting with relegation, if we do go down, what would everyone think a fair price drop would be.

Obviously there are big wages to pay but at the same time, we would be in the 2nd tier and it shouldn't be as expensive. Would 50 quid off be enough?

They also have to get the price right for people to buy them in the first place. As the feeling I've got is that people won't renew.

I bet the price will stay the same. Horrible season looking forward to the end so we know which division we will be in. Hope its the Prem but sadly more like the championship.

Think we'd lose a fair few fans to be honest if it's not more than that.

Championship football for me for example where I sit in Gold should be no more than £28-£30 a game.

Should not be paying anymore than that to see the likes of Barnsley, Hull, Charlton, Millwall etc.
First game, Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

If they stay the same, I recckon they will lose 30% of season ticket sales

Agree with that Dave, but given what has been spent I think they will not drop the price.

The price will not drop as we will be getting more games and retain players to get back up first time etc, etc.

I don't think they'll drop them will just tell us there will be no price change (increase), the wording all sounds well and good until people realise the prices expected to be paid for the teams as listed above, but then again how do we keep hold of players with our ground.
All guesswork I'm afraid, we'll just have to see what the club decide, people will have a moan but as usual will grin and bear it and renew.

id expect a tiny decrease in price taking into account we play 5 more home games in the Championship.

Needs to be the same as 2010/11 season + early bird discount therefore I expect to pay £630 for my platters ST

Anything more and I'll probably not renew, fairs fair at the end of the day!

And I want the Platters bar back !!!

I do miss the bar. Nice bottle of San Miguel, and a curry before the game hit the spot.
