I was only joking Gramps and as someone whos only involvement with this site is as a poster I does not really matter to me if the logo is added or not

Well done once again for breaking that magical figure of £1000

It matters to me. A number of sites have been very supportive and I firmly believe that this should be recognised even if only by posting a logo on the book website. If it helps get an extra member or two here then that can't be a bad thing in my opinion.

Pleased to be able to tell you that the WATRB logo is now proudly displayed on www.qprtheolddays.com as promised.

I know this is a shot in the dark but if there are any ex-Rs players who visit this site, I would be pleased to hear from them concerning their view on my book. Also in connection with another possible future project about which I am saying no more at present. My contact details can be found on the book website at: www.qprtheolddays.com

The amount now raised stands at £1040 which, with gift aid, equates to £1300 for the Trust. Thanks everybody.

Just thought you would like an update. The total raised as at this moment - 12.20pm on Tuesday - stands at £1125. Number of books sold is just over 200.

I have been invited to Loftus Road to do a cheque presentation on 6th December at 2pm. Photos will be taken for publicity purposes.

I have submitted a short piece for inclusion in the WBA programme on 3rd December - unfortunately I can't be there.

Will also be sending something to the local press at the beginning of December.

I have been promised by the club that information about the book will shortly be appearing on the official website. Will let you know when that happens.

Many thanks to those people who have so far purchased my book. The total sum raised to date for the QPR in the Community Trust is £2085. As this is gift-aided it amounts to a shade over £2600. I am grateful for your support.

    Book website: www.qprtheolddays.com

Just wanted to let you know that the book is now available on Kindle. You can contact me at johnclifford227@hotmail.com for details of how to get it at a cost of £5.50. If you would prefer, you can spend a bit more by going to Amazon at: http://www.amazon.co.uk/QPR-The-Old-...7327914&sr=1-1
where it will cost you £7.20 with immediate download.

Go to http://www.beatentrackpublishing.com/qpr and get details from Nigel if you would like a copy for any other e-book reader.
