Let's see what state any FFP fine/transfer embargo leaves us in before we get cocky about our competitiveness next season.

I'd take a drop to league one if it meant we cleared out EVERYONE currently on the staff and started with new owners, management and first team. Current mob are just not up to it.

Buzzing for it tbh. Think will be refreshing. I also think with les and Ramsey at the helm they actually care about qpr and investment will be on exciting young prospects or decent pickings of the best players form the championship or league 1.

Got to remember Ramsey didn't put us in this mess it was Harry and the board. He took up the mantle of a pretty poor prem squad. Big clear out in the summer keep a decent spine which we have and add the right sort and we will certainly be competitive.

no disrespect to the likes of sandro and isla as i like them but it will be a breath of fresh air to clear them out and get some proper rangers players in for the championship slog. I actually think we will not flash any cash for transfers anyway and expect a few years in the 2nd tier.

How much do you reckon it will be and in what way will affect the team?

This fine won't be as bad as the 40-60 mill being banded around. The fact they changed the rules because it's was so hard to apply to recently relegated prem clubs the season after it was implemented opens up a lot of challenges through court I imagine.

We can't just cancel contracts to fall inline with ffp. We had mercenaries like Swp who wouldn't even go out on loan.

Think it will be hefty but a deal will be struck - 10-15 mill big money and a reason I think we didn't spend any money in jan.

You beat me to this comment. It's all well and good thinking we'll be a big fish in a small pond in terms of quality, but I have a feeling that the Football League are going to make an example of us this summer. I honestly wouldn't be surprised by a transfer embargo or multi-million pound fine.

Blackburn, Forest and Leeds were all hit with transfer embargo's this season....and their records are far better than ours. The maximum permitted loss in the Championship is only about £10m. I'm not sure how it works for a club who has been relegated, promoted out of the Championship, and then relegated again over 3 seasons (the rules seem to apply to 3 year cycles) but I think we'll be dicked to be honest.

He is certainly going to have to put his money where his mouth is this summer. A huge fine is not out of the question.
