  • Given the noise the forest fans made today from just one tier

Any chance of that being replicated around the whole ground for the playoffs? It's a disgrace that we're only a noisy library, or wetherspoons on a Monday morning.

Away fans outsing home fans shocker !!

Atmosphere has been poor this season which I think is down to a few things

we have spend loads of £££ so are favourites everygame

People are disillusioned with the club and how were being run

        Boring football

No affinity or bond with any of the players

IMO its down to boring football.

There's nothing to sing about! And before people jump on my back about our league position is something to sing about. Well that might be true but the boring standard of football people have to sit through for 90 minutes is nothing to sing about.

.... its hard to get excited about something that's not exciting.

Agree with Nick above.. also think we won the Champ so convincingly before, along with seeing Prem football for the last 2 seasons.. there is nothing to get excited about

dunno why , maybe the sheer frustration of not being top 2 still but the atmosphere has been poor for ages
we'll have to snap out of it for at least 90 mins at home for one play off
if we get to wembley, all the newbys, families and once a final people will be about, face paint and sponge hands all round!!!

Also promotion last time was totally unexpected which helped the atmosphere

I think the last time we had a really good atmosphere week in week out was under De Canio. Two great chants from that era: De Caniooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo we're gonna... + Gigi De Canio, Bernie and Flavio

Of course that all went sour soon enough when everyone turned on Tango & Cash and Gigi left.

Yes it was good in the promotion season, but still wasn't the same consistent atmosphere as we'd had a few years earlier.

Best era I can remember (since 95) at Rangers was Holloway. The place was rocking, every week.

I could sing more songs about our 04 promotion side than I could our current one. Or even our '11 promotion team.

Gallen, Birch, Furlong, Shittu, Padula... even Tony Thorpe had a song.

Most of the wins have been narrow 1 goal margins (some last minute ones too) were QPR have been hanging on hoping for the final whistle to blow. This is not always likely to get the fans singing.

Losing lower loft to family stand. Should have been one of the Ellerslie blocks instead.

Moving the family area behind the goal has got to be one of the worst decisions ever made and one of the worst places to have a family stand!

Should of put it in the corner of the Elerslie road stand - Next to the lower loft

...as a result the noise used to spread all across the loft to SAR, which no longer happens since that hairbrained scheme
