Krill certainly is. Loaded with Vit E and omegas. Aint nuts either, but again super healthy.

I'll give a clue. Most of you will go 'yuck!' when you find out :-)

It has to be something out of left field, as the obvious choices would of been fruit and vegetables. I know water cress was classed as a super food a few years back, but I'm guessing that would of come under vegetables?
I know pro biotic cr ap over here is proving very popular, but that is mainly yogurt, and I don't believe yogurt is classed as a food group.
Tought one, it has to be something that was previously not known for any great health benefits.
            Chocolate?

OK not chocolate as I doubt many would think chocolate is yuck unless it was a chocolate made from a cockroach
              Is it a cockroach

Beer daily in moderation has some health benefits, but again, I doubt any on here would go yuck at the thought of beer.

It's definitely known for its health benefits Fraggy, but not an obvious answer. When you know it'll make perfect sense though. No, it's not any fruit, vegetable, chocolate, insect or beer :-)

You got it Dave. Yes, organ meats. Nothing more nutritious than eating another animal's vital organs: the food group that contains the largest variety of nutrients.

Well done. Steak n kidney pies all round
