                  In theory, theory and practice are the same, but in practice they are different.

                  For some reason this one makes me think of the EU! (Where in theory everybody will be better off.)

                    one of the Europhiles arguements for staying in is there has been no conflict in Europe (Balkans???) for 70 years. Merkel may have put an end to that cobblers
