  • Millwall Match Thread / Live Chat

    Tuesday 8th March 2011
    Npower Football League Championship
    The New Den Stadium
    Kick-off: 19:45
    Referee: S J Tanner
    Millwall (13th) V Queens Park Rangers (1st)
    By The Godfather

Following a fantastic victory over Leicester City, Queens Park Rangers face a difficult fixture against Millwall at the New Den. London derbies are often tense, even affairs and sometimes produce surprise results, as evidenced by the goalless draw between these two sides at Loftus Road earlier in the campaign. However, the Lions are without a win in five matches and therefore could be lacking in confidence. Three points for the Super Hoops could see them extend their lead at the top of the Championship to eleven points (depending on other results, of course). I am sure that Neil Warnock will fancy his chances.

Doesn't surprise me about Connolly. He was awful against Leicester when he came on. Such a shame!

Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

to be fair chimbonda is a better option 2 have on the bench and connors has been poor. Hill can always slot into the middle and chimbonda is more of an attacking option
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Someone posted this earlier, for those not enticed by QPR World's free trial conundrum, the match should be on the normal radio here:
