        Blackburn midtable team who just came up from league 1,in the "minileague" but probably doing slightly better than I expected but not our "toughest test so far" as McClaren says,they would have been WBA and Swansea away,today won't be easy but we are well capable of getting a draw here.

                        Wells will do well, I think. Little lack of height up front, but that will encourage us to play it on the ground. Josh will have to step up.

                            Tomer Hemed misses the game at Ewood Park because of an injury and Geoff Cameron was unable to recover from a hamstring strain in time to play.

                            It means two changes for QPR, with Josh Scowen coming into their midfield and Nahki Wells leading the attack.

                            Darnell Furlong, back in the squad following the knee injury he suffered during pre-season, is among the Rangers substitutes.

                            Blackburn are without the injured defender Charlie Mulgrew and keeper David Raya, so Jayson Leutwiler is in goal for the home side.

                            Blackburn: Leutwiler, Bennett, Lenihan, Williams, Bell, Evans, Smallwood, Reed, Dack, Armstrong, Graham.
