One pleasing aspect is that in the second half we are normally good. One very frustrating thing is that we aren't in the first half. Not sure what the issue is here (and I remember it with Ramsey in charge, and Hasselbaink) but for next year to have a chance at promotion we need to replicate what we do in the second half (when we are normally losing) straight from the first whistle

Picking the right team from the start would help
