I remember that night at Luton well, I saw one bloke in the Kenilworth Road Stand (away in those days) and one side of his face was like the elephant man, he said he had been wacked with pool balls in a sock as he walked past a shop in the Arndale. It was very lively after as I remember.

    Ah the rowdies book.

Not heard that mentioned for a while.

i did hear there may be a re-run of another 500 pretty soon - the little fella may be selling a few off his mountain bike around the bush.

My favourite chapter will always be on the Luton****dogs - that fateful FA Cup replay night. Now that was an all nighter and a half. Pool balls in socks and all sorts.

One bit that always gets a grin is the recount of stories before my time such as 200 on the pitch at Norwich and fellas with long hair and dungarees having the locals scratching their straw munching chins before "bang" and it's lights out.

    Anymore signed copies on e-bay?
