I liked John Harbin. Came across really well in interviews. Seemed to have a very good work ethic. Was disspapointed he left.

I was watching the warm up last night and they seem to have a new fitness guy who was doing some interesting stuff.

Yep and I must admit that the stretching drills he was doing was good stuff, which I had never seen before but made complete sense and looked like it came straight out of one of those new fandangled 'sports science' books.
