Think you make a fair point about who else cd we have signed. Yes, I wd have quite liked Ched, but wd I have paid that much for him with my own money even if I was a multi-millionaire? Probably not. None of us fully know what Lita is demanding but unless he is asking for a signing on fee virtually equivalent to a transfer fee then I still think he wd be a good signing unless there are big personal issues about him which are constantly alluded to but never really substantiated.

DJ actually had a virtually identical scoring record for Blackpool as Ched did for Norwich, yet everyone goes crazy for Ched - think sometimes fans are less motivated by how effective a player is as how in demand they are considered.
