ı thınk hes good as hes not a hıgh profıle manager so expectatıon levels are reduced and therefore pressure ıs less on the players

personally i think the pressure is higher for JM as he is according to reports completely in charge of team affairs....just the thing the fans were shouting for....so he has to get it right.....

i will reserve judgement on him when the actual season starts
