I think you've missed my point ... Which was why don't they make it easier for wheelchair fans to watch a game (hence my question about being able to sit at the front - which you answered)

Not all entrance to grounds are pitch level anyway -- Wolves, like many grounds, the road level is halfway up the stand, so no slopes, ramps or hoists to negotiate or install. Getting pitchside isn't always the easiest or most desirable option.
