50-50 on Rowlands, he has been working hard since he came back from a short break.

Keyhole surgery thats all and some of the lads have been training already.

Gorkss had similar thing done.



All players (possibly bar Rowlands) will be fit for the start of the season.

Still trying to get one home game friendly.

Just to add all future buys will be JIM's choice. Borrowdale will definitely train pre-season with the r's.
