If, as seems to be the case that we have lodged a £1.5m bid for Cox that would fit with the transfer strategy. We did not splash the cash last season but they did the season before, with large sums on Legs, Vine and Conners so if the player is young enough and with potential the board to splash out. It seems they rate Cox and seem to want him, problem is other clubs may want him aswell and push to price up to an unrealistic one.

well i suppose cox is diffeant in as much as when he hits a ball; it goes into the net all the others are good but cox is just out of this world
the only bloke who ive ever seen hit a ball like cox is clive allen
cox isnt much good in the air or not very fast and his positional sense isnt much good but hes worth 2-5 million because hes shoting power is lethal and qpr are well into getting him but im not sure whether they will pay more than
2 million
