For what it is worth I am behind Jim, as I was ID, PS, GA, JG, LDC, GW et al. He is our new manager and we must give him our support. I was against this appointment as I was for ID but it ain't got naff all to do with me. If we start moaning and groaning before Jim has started we might as well start speculating who will be in charge by the end of October.
