  • Is Jim Magilton "foreign"?

My source specifically said the following five things

    Foreign
    Not GG
    Not De Matteo
    Not everyone's cup of tea
    Wednesday

Now, to me N Iron is not "foreign", I bloody hope that my sauce thinks the same.

    This is getting ridiculous

When GG went Dowie was appointed in 6 days, Sousa has been gone TWO months.

I'm sorry (and yes im grasping at every single straw i can find) it does not take 2 months to employ an out of work manager!

Exactly..which to me is British and thus not "foreign". My source is pretty damned good but I hope he makes the same distinction!

I would say most people wouldn't class Magilton as foreign so when if it turns out 2moro that it is him then your source was wrong...

Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom, not Great Britain. Great Britain constitutes England, Scotland and the Principality of Wales. The United Kingdom constitutes Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

One might expect people to know the geography and politics of their own country. I doubt this is the case for many of you on here though.

Jim Magilton is not foreign as he is a citizen of the United Kingdom. He is not technically British either as he is not from Great Britain.
