I don't have a problem with Paladini particularly, but i don't think he should be Sporting Director, that obviously should be someone with a proper footballing background of seniority.
He could be used as our own agent to get deals done but then again some of those have been rather iffy in the past. Padula springs to mind?

That's the point - a lot of us say move him to another position not just get rid but how anyone can possibly justify him staying in a Sporting Director role is beyond me.
