If the man can't speak english then ignore the above my post we are a shambles. The whole foreign route is just showing how desperate we are getting!

If you are talking about my post, I did say he needs to be able communicate my issue is with the NO to foreign, so I am in agreement with you in part (speaking English as a pre requisite) but at the same time I feel we will be cutting our nose off to spite our face if we were to go down a route where we would only employ British. Do you get what Im saying?

Sorry about last night did say i wasn't paying attention, seems i've got the wrong team and coach although they did say he'd done wonders with no budget, so that should please Flav and co.
