  • Not going to slash my wrists just yet

mainly on the fact that our last few managers have been appointed out of the blue and Magilton does not seem to fit the profile of a Flavio manager. So I hope that the next one will come out of the blue. Plus I think DJ Campbell will actually fight for a position up front as he always wanted to play in the hoops, so not a bad squad signing if true. Glass still half full at present, though might empty if it is Magilton.

Campbell would be a better signing than SDC and therefore he would improve the strikeforce. I still believe we could and should do better than him.

As for Magilton, I'm totally confused as to why we would even interview him. Given £12m to spend and failed to get out of the league. His squad each year has finished higher than us so if given a weaker squad and less money how do the owners expect him to get us promoted?

I think that Campbell is a replacement for SDC and believe we will bring in maybe two more strikers. Completely agree about Magilton and that is why I think/hope that it is a smoke screen.

Don't get the rope out yet, on Spanish TV they say we are linked with Antonio Tapia.

Well Pete he would be better than De Canio IMHO!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I think the negative De Canio supporters, are more against the sporting director role. Still maintain, best football I've seen since Francis first time around. Anyone, who fails to see that great spell between Jan-Apr2008 was great to watch, is lost on me.

Pete im best friends with Zesh and although at times we did play good football his lack of english was a massive issue and thats a fact from 1 of the players who is 1 of the most down to earth footballers and I will vouch for what zesh told me
