I haven't a clue what bonuses our players are on, but sure all footballers have clauses etc. What warrants a bonus?

have a system where players are rated on fans' message-boards-those that are seen as trying their best for the shirt/showing commitment/passion for the shirt get a bonus.

I think a decent promotion bonus is definitely doable, due to the massive payout on promotion to the Premiership.

X million split between the players on a pro-rata basis (minutes played, or something).
