George Graham would sort our players that need sorting. Can't see Fitz Hall and his mates trying it on with him.

Oh,and we could sing 1-0 to the Superhoops every week.

He hasn't managed for years. He doesn't know this league. He doesn't know our opponents or players. He would be a disaster.

You're missing Holloway from the list Pete!

But from those quoted, Souness for me.

Any significance in Taylor being the first name on your list? He occurred to me recently as a possible.

But would we? He hasn't managed since 2001 and football has changed massively.

The last season he managed for Spurs they won 1-0 once. They managed just 2 away wins that season and took 10 points from a possible 57 away from White Hart Lane.

He was sacked and hasn't been appointed by any club since - why?

Funnily enough, I think we need a kind of Holloway person in charge, as in passionate and totally committed.

From that list it is hard to find a right candidate.

I'm starting to think Paul Jewell - not my preference but I can see it coming over the hill.

Absolutely - can't realistically think of many around that had all three qualities of passion, commitment and tactical nous - Holloway had the first two and had Jackett to act as his tactics man.

Probably will get shouted down for this one, but still feel Martin Allen will make a decent manager - despite suffering from the same abysmal treatment from Mandaric that IH continues to go through......

George Graham ffs he comes in the same category as venables whats he done in the last 10years.If you think Sousa was defensive you best hope we dont get Taylor.
Jewell or Pardew at a push
