"Dele" Adebola has been linked again today to join the R's on a free transfer.He's 6ft.3in tall and will be 34 before next season starts.He's played 531 games for 10 different clubs (5 on loan) and scored only 126 goals.Thats only a 23% success rate and less than 1 goal every 4 games.He was born in Lagos,Nigeria but failed to make the Nigerian squad for their 1998 world cup campaign.He's been linked with Northern Ireland but was injured before a friendly game and has refused invitations to join them again in the vain hope of being selected to play for England.So therefore he has no international caps of any description.He has looked a handful on the odd times I've seen him but his age and abysmal scoring record hardly gets the pulse facing.Still, its the level of player we've come to expect FB to be linked with.
