    Charge against selling ground dismissed.

Still don't get how they can get a loan against a ground they don't own. Their finances will catch up with them soon they can't keep cooking the books.

Fa Bottled it after Man City debacle.

We were in the wrong but no more than others but punished the most, looks like we learned from it and going about things in correct manner now

This just gets better and better....

Derby are now actively looking at sueing the EFL for £millions of lost income from sponsorship deals and the "soft transfer embargo" they suffered between January when they were charged and the other week when they were cleared.

The EFL are clearly inept and unfit for purpose. I'm beginning to think The Championship will abandon the EFL before long and join the Prem as some sort of Premier League 2. Frankly, I wouldn't blame them.

And clubs looking at Messi. And Derby having the benefit of Rooney even though most his wages are covered by.32Red who are their main sponsors. In better times if AirAsia paid our players I would image that would be another charge on our list.

Listening to talk sport this morning Simon Jordan saying Derby hadn’t broke the rules and EFL should never have pursued it . To many loopholes in these rules to make things stick.

It helps when one of your board members are also part of the football league board doesn’t it!!

If they now change the rules regarding then you will truly know that Derby have got away with this. As now they have opened the door to others doing the exact same thing to flout FFP. This will eventually lead to a similar situation to Wigan and Bury, and it’s been sanctioned by the EFL ! This whole scenario is corrupt to the core, Derby have manipulated the FFP scenario and got away with it but just watch now as the EFL outlaw what they have done.

You just know the rules will now be changed just as they were after charging QPR.

The EFL is incompetent and hopefully the Championship clubs will leave it and join the EPL in a Premier League 2. I just hope QPR are still in the Championship when it happens so we don't get left behind.
