I’ve nearly finished it. Enjoyed it a lot so far and also have shenanigans to read after. Having read most of beating my demons, seems like your very lucky to still be here a d to have told your tale. I spent a large part of my life boozing everyday and could have easily slipped up and killed myself or someone else.

I also think you can be seen at Fulham in your check shirt sleeved Lacoste getting pulled over the advertising boards haha

            best of luck

i recall a big incident v leicester in south africa road, some r's fans followed the escort and it slipped the bill and went into the white city estate, as the few got fewer ( some lived there and went home) as we neared SAR i turned anda police van was nearly on me, suddenly 100s leicester came out and charged us, so a dash that made bolt look slow, we got in SAR where we saw c=mob, i knew one called john, i shouted to him and our lot came up, by now the police van was almost blocking the path/ cut thru, only a few got thru, qpr now had a go, suddenly a lad jumped the rails and kung fu kicked and ran leicester back behind the van. then more police lots of items lobbed both ways and we were forced away, that lad had on a black fred perry, no one knew him but most thanked him, i did.

Think that was cup game in 87 , it was very lively before the game , we use to all plot up in the ellersie rd stand around that time , down near the away end .

I think the lad that jumped the rail was Mony (James Monahan).
