One answer away...from a playoff contender

What is the answer re set plays on defense? It happens to us with such regularity, and surely more than just about any other club in the league. You have to think it is the way we mark opposing players and, if so, that should have already been fixed.

Who IS our defensive coach btw? If we have one, can him. If we don't, get one.

Set play debacles are the difference between a QPR mired in 14th place, and QPR in the playoffs.

For the first team other than Manager and Asst Manager we have one coach ( Neil Banfield), one GK coach (Gavin Ward) and one assistant coach (Matt Gardiner).You also have a Technical Director/Head of Coaching (Chris Ramsey).

Defending set pieces is obviously a problem and has been all season, sometimes coaches can drill and drill marking schemes into players heads and yet they still don't execute during the match, maybe this is what is happening? It is frustrating to see the continued mistakes because we have lost so many points from these, perhaps we would be on the verge of a play off spot instead of hoping we pick up a few more points to ensure safety!
